All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking link via email.
SHIPPING NON-EU
Crius Jewelry ships internationally from the Netherlands, using the Incoterm "DAP" (Delivered At Place). For international shipments outside the EU, the incoterm "DAP" applies, which means that Crius Jewelry is responsible for the products until they are transferred to the selected shipping company at our shipping point. Buyers outside the EU are responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, and other charges in the destination country. More details can be found in section 6 of our terms of service section 6.
