RETURNS

Crius Jewelry aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item. 

To make a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
  • Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.

After the return period has ended, we are unable to process any requests for product or cord colour exchanges.

 

IMPORTANT 

  • Crius Jewelry will provide the customer with instructions and a shipping address/label, located in The Netherlands, Europe.  
  • Provided return labels by Crius will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. Please note: any upgraded shipping method, such as express shipping, is non-refundable.
  • For customers outside the EU, any customs fees, handling charges, or associated import costs will be deducted from the purchase amount refunded to the customer. 
  • Any return of a bundled set must be made in full, including all items within the bundle as well as any accessories and/or original packaging. Individual products from a set, or incomplete sets, are not eligible for return.
  • Any promotional items, free gifts, or any other items discounted as part of any promotion, must also be returned in full when the qualifying product(s) are returned. If such items are not returned in full, the retail value of the missing item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • To ensure a full refund, items should only be handled to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any excessive handling may result in a reduction of the refundable amount.

If a customer does not meet the above conditions, it is not possible for Crius Jewelry to proceed with a refund.

 

I WANT TO RETURN MY JEWELRY

  1. Open the return portal to initiate a return process.

  2. After approval, you will receive a ready-to-use return label via email. This will be updated within 24 hours.

  3. After items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the returned items.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

ESTIMATED RETURN LABEL COSTS

All return labels provided by Crius use the same carrier as your original delivery. Within 24 hours of your return request, you will receive a ready-to-use return label via email. The cost of this return label will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Please note that the listed return label fees are estimates and may vary depending on your exact location within the country, the size and weight of the return package, and the packaging used. We strongly recommend returning items in their original packaging to protect the product and minimize costs.

If you are returning an item from outside the EU, please be aware that additional charges such as customs duties, import fees, or handling costs may apply. These are the responsibility of the sender and are not included in the return label fee.
